The Nursing Industry Excellence Awards offers six exciting categories for individuals and teams to enter in:
Improving Patient Experience Award
- Providing sufficient examples of positive outcomes for patients along their journey, including significant others
- Providing multiple examples of enhancing patient experience
- Can be entered as part of a team and individual.
Educator Excellence Award
- Providing evidence of training outside of its own business: healthcare professionals or patients who are not internal company trainers
- Providing over 60% of training within the role
- Providing proven positive outcomes for patients
- Can be face-to-face or virtual training.
Leadership Excellence Award
- Must have at least 12 months in a current role with up to three years overall management experience
- Must provide direct reports
- Must have an empowering, developing and supporting team element within a team development outcome
- Must have good business acumen with key opinion leaders (KOL) development.
Team Excellence Award
- Requires more than one person and a maximum of five people to present on the day of finals
- Must either be in a multidisciplinary team, cross functional or the same role
- Provide partnership, collaboration and joint working with stakeholders such as the NHS or private organisations.
Innovation Excellence Award
- Must demonstrate innovation that has been implemented with evidence of a positive outcome
- Participation can either be as part of a team or individual
- Must provide collaboration with other stakeholders such as the NHS or private organisations.
Industry Homecare Nurse Award
- Must demonstrate a multi approach with all significant others, multidisciplinary teams, offering a holistic approach and assessment
- Must show both primary and secondary care prevention, but not at all costs
- Must provide evidence with data.
