How the competition works
Comprising of two stages, the PharmaTimes Nursing Industry Excellence Awards is free to enter and has a number of exciting categories to participate in. The competition recognises and rewards the hard work being carried out in this area and culminates at a grand awards ceremony.
Stage 1: Category Challenge
NOVEMBER 2025 until 5TH MAY 2026
Once participating individuals and teams have gained approval by their company and entered a submission form, they will be invited to complete a ‘Challenge’ devised by the competition’s Executive Steering Group.
PharmaTimes Media will send all of the entries to the judges anonymously, and the authors and their companies will later be revealed at a special meeting, often referred to as ‘the unblinding meeting’ of the award’s Executive Steering Group.
To conclude the first stage, the top performers selected will be invited to compete in the face-to-face finals in London. (Stage 2).
Stage 2: The Finals Days
12TH JUNE 2026
In its second stage, no preparation is required prior to the finals.
Judges will be drawn from the competition’s Executive Steering Group and all entrants will be judged by individuals from outside of their own organisation.
All finalists will receive valuable mentoring and feedback on individual performance from the senior judging panel together with a signed certificate.
Awards Ceremony
25TH JUNE 2025
The winners will be announced at the live awards ceremony. Details of the venue for the award ceremony will be confirmed at a later date.
